Sherman
I can do cats too! This is actually my first portrait request for a cat in this style, and I was so happy to do it. Sherman’s family gave the old “Muttshots” great business, hiring me to do a number of portraits of their menagerie. Sadly, Sherman is no longer with them, but this should be a nice tribute to one very well loved kitty.

Gator
The following message comes directly from Gator’s family.
“Agape Animal Rescue’s Tanya Willis got a call from animal control about 3 years ago. “You need to come see this one. She’s special” they told her. Fast forward 4 months and Gator chose my wife, at one of Agape’s adoption events. The following 3 years have been such a wonderful time in our lives with Gator as part of the family. Gator, a boxer mix, has been radar clocked at 35mph, has a 7ft vertical leap and swims like a fish. She quite literally has a ‘go big or go home’ mentality. Agape asked to use her in their video narrated by Charlie Daniels and we were proud to oblige. Gator’s headshot is also on an Agape sponsored NASCAR style racing truck that races at short tracks around the Nashville area. We are honored to have Lucie do a portrait for us. We’ve had several dogs in our lives, but ‘The Gatornator’ is fast becoming Nashville’s newest canine celebrity.” – Clint Yokley

Ranger
Ranger was running through the street when he was attacked by two dogs. Luckily, an Agape foster mom found him and rushed him to the emergency vet. He spend a few weeks recovering and then settled in to foster care. It didn’t take long for his forever family to find him and fall in love with all of his beagle quirks like the chasing squirrels and wanting to go for long walks to smell every inch of the neighborhood.

Wilson
Wilson lived with an elderly woman who fell on hard times and lost her house to foreclosure. She called Agape for help and they were able to enter him into their program. He was behind on all vaccinations, not neutered, and had been eating whatever she could get for him. Agape cleaned him up, took care of his medical needs, and began searching for his forever home.
He is currently up for adoption through Agape Animal Rescue. See more pics and learn more about him at http://www.facebook.com/agaperescue or visit his foster family’s blog.
